Provide planning and design expertise to all PepsiCo sites as requested, within North America and Rest of World.  


Responsibilities
  • Provide space planning designs for any PepsiCo site as requested, globally. Focus on North America office and Supply Chain.
  • Provide Branding designs for any PepsiCo site as requested, globally. Focus on North America office and Supply Chain.
  • Assign, lead and supervise scheduled moves, space planning and repair work, to minimize costs, meet critical completion dates, and cause as little disruption to normal business activities as possible.
  • Space plan for and support MACS and restack projects as needed.
  • Maintain Center Stone drawings within Centerstone.
  • Maintain integrity of the locations within the Centerstone systems platform; partner with the insights team to manage access and reporting requirements; assist in on boarding and on-going training.
  • Maintain and update furniture library in the Purchase location. This includes meeting with vendors for the latest updates on furniture, textiles, and carpet. Stay current with new products. Order samples as needed for the team.
  • Oversee furniture deliveries as required and work with the PM teams to audit invoicing and rebate/reuse programs.
  • Oversee movement of existing furniture and reuse; track life cycle of all design components for projects managed directly by PGRE.
  • Maintain the furniture inventory and on-site storage in Purchase on a continuing basis.
  • Physical inspection of materials and furnishings specified for jobs to ensure they are received in satisfactory condition and installed correctly.
  • Direct and manage small or projects related to facility moves within Purchase.
  • Purchase and secure materials for furniture and fixtures.
  • This position does not have any direct reports; however, the role can be responsible for supervising several in house and outside contractors or vendors. These can include porters, movers, wood workers, furniture installers, etc.
  • Administrator for Digital Asset Management (image branding site).
  • Manage and partner with communications, brand marketing teams to ensure all Interior Signage updated on an on-going basis across all major HQ locations and supply chain offices.
  • Responsible to create and provide insights associated with CAFM reports (occupancy, space utilization, etc.); distribute on a regular basis.
  • Input PepsiCo CAD files into FM Systems as needed for both domestic and International sites; responsible for mapping associated with other workplace mobile or desktop applications.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $61,400 - $95,750 based on a full-time schedule.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

Experience and Skills

  • A combination of formal education and practical experience in interior design, construction, and project management.
  • A (4) year interior design degree.
  • 4-5 years’ experience in interior design/ project management.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
  • NCIDQ certified a plus.

Special or Unique Aspects

  • Must be able to work under the pressures of coordinating move schedules and repairs, safely with minimum interruption to normal business activities.
  • Must be flexible to work outside business hours when needed.
  • Willing to travel – ~25% North America.
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Ability to multi-task on several projects at once.
  • Creative Thinker.
  • Flexible.
