We are currently seeking an experienced Workover Rig Supervisor to join our team. As a Rig Supervisor/Operator, you will be responsible for all activities in regards to operating a Workover Rig, supervising a crew, and ensuring customer satisfaction with all services, performing various duties related to building, drilling, rigging, and operating heavy equipment in the oil and gas industry. Duties:

- Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as cranes, rigs, and excavators

- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards

- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

- Follow project plans and specifications to meet deadlines

- Adhere to company policies and procedures

Skills:

- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues

- Proficient in operating heavy machinery, including cranes and excavators

- Strong understanding of oil and gas industry practices and regulations

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 – 60 per week
