Job Description
We are looking for a professional and experienced WORKFORCE MANAGER to lead and optimize the management of our workforce. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising staff activities, ensuring productivity, efficiency and employee satisfaction. You will also need to analyze data and performance indicators of the workforce and the business, and propose improvements and solutions.
Responsibilities
Plan workers' schedules and tasks, taking into account demand, seasonality, labor laws, skills and preferences of each one.
Manage the professional career of employees, offering training, evaluation and recognition.
Control work time, absences, permits and workers' payrolls.
Estimate and generate budgets, as well as manage business resources.
Analyze data and performance indicators of the workforce and business, and propose improvements and solutions.
Improve customer service, assigning the appropriate agents for each request.
Requirements
Demonstrable professional experience as a WORKFORCE MANAGER or in a similar position.
In-depth knowledge of workforce management principles and tools.
Excellent computer skills, especially with MS Excel and human resource management software.
Excellent communication, leadership and teamwork skills.
Excellent organization, planning and problem-solving skills.
Ability to make effective and quick decisions under pressure.
Possessing a degree in Management, Human Resources or having training in workforce management will be an advantage.
