Job Description:
Position Responsibilities:
- Ongoing (daily, weekly, monthly) review of assigned regional pipelines
- Weekly communication with business partners to discuss pipeline challenges and opportunities.
- Able to provide reporting analytics and presentations upon request.
- Ensure loans are progressing through the mortgage process at desired pace and in accordance with Client policy and processes
- Establish and maintain a good relationship with other departments
- Own the oversight of transactions for a region(s) from Application through closing
- Participate in weekly meetings with Regional Manager
- Provide Summary of trending items to leadership team
- Proficient in excel (some VBA / SQL experience a plus)
- Proficient in power point
- Pipeline management leadership experience
- (Project Management experience a plus)
- knowledge of mortgage products and end to end life cycle
- Ability to manage time, prioritize and plan accordingly
- Proven ability to meet individual and organizational goals within a production environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
