As a part of the Business Development team, you will be:
- Developing a client base and maintaining potential customer relationships through sales calls, prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Assessing client needs, preparing proposals, making winning presentations, promoting the company’s products and services, closing contracts with potential clients and expand business with existing clients in the Workers’ Compensation and Managed Care markets.
- Attending networking opportunities including Workers’ Compensation networking or other industry related meetings and functions.
- This position will involve travel, either locally, regionally, or nationally.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a selling role in managed care and/or Workers Compensation industry
- In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as sales psychology and buying techniques
- Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
