Responsibilities:

• Manage 100+ cases from start to finish
• Attend court hearings in person and via Zoom
• Argue motions in court
• Take and defend depositions
• Respond to discovery
• Maintain and update files in Litify
• Delegate tasks to paralegals and support staff and manage support staff
• Attend mediations, arbitrations, and pre-trials
• Take cases to trial through verdict

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Workers' Compensation & Personal Injury Lawyer
• Licensed to practice law in Illinois
• Experience with court, contested hearings, depositions, settlement conferences, pre-trials, mediations, and trials
