Costa Ivone, a dynamic and client-focused law firm, is seeking a skilled Personal Injury Lawyer to Join Our team. We're dedicated to offering exceptional legal services and achieving outstanding results for our clients. The perfect candidate is someone who can hit the ground running to give the clients outstanding representation, as well as take ownership of a client’s case. The perfect candidate must possess a willingness to meet personally with clients, the ability to handle a high caseload, commitment to abiding by the set laws and behaving ethically, excellent personal skills, strong critical thinking skills, adaptability and attention to detail, ability to work on a case independently, ability to work with a team of attorneys, ability to communicate and writing and verbally effectively.
Compensation:$85,000 - $100,000
Responsibilities:- Represent clients in Personal Injury cases including motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, and slip and fall incidents.
- Manage all phases of litigation from investigation, pleadings, discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.
- Provide expert legal analysis and advice to clients about their legal rights and obligations.
- Negotiate settlements effectively with insurance companies and other attorneys.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Personal Injury law.
- Proven track record of negotiating and settling complex cases.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
