Work With Kids! Part Time Therapist (Paid Training)

We Work with kids of all ages providing ABA therapy. We are a Top Workplace in Orange County and are looking for enthusiastic therapists to join our team.

We are looking for part-time & full-time candidates to Work with our awesome kiddos. We have immediate availability to work between 8:00 AM-7:00 PM Monday through Friday (4-32 hours per week). We also have optional weekend hours. We are super flexible and will work around your schedule.

No experience necessary - you will receive comprehensive PAID training and weekly oversight with our credentialled supervisors.

You will teach a wide range of skills from language and communication, social skills, self-help skills, and play skills.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• High school diploma, BA/BS degree, or working towards a degree.

• Must be energetic, reliable, caring, and have means of transportation

• Must complete a background check - we reimburse the cost

• Conduct one-on-one sessions in homes, schools, clinics, and in the community, driving to each location as needed

• Collect daily data via tablets

• Implement positive behavioral supports developed by supervisors

• Facilitate social skill play dates

Work directly with families to teach programs, integrate siblings into sessions, and Work within the home and community settings

All services provided by our company are high energy, interactive, and physical in nature. As such, the position requires the employee to:

• Get up quickly from the floor

• Bend, squat, and kneel for at least two (2) hours at a time;

• Jog at a moderate pace;

• Turn, twist, reach;

• Lift at least 30 lbs.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
