Work-Study - H.O.W.L. Career Coach

As a job coach, students will:

• teach and reinforce job skills (e.g., soft skills and hard skills)
• attend and observe the H.O.W.L. Program students while in their work environment
• promote the development of support within the workplace
• write weekly notes of the client's performance
• report client job performance in weekly meetings
• other duties as assigned.

Arkansas State University students have the opportunity to help H.O.W.L. Transition Program students acquire the vocational skills needed for successful community integration.
