In this role, you will be the architect of unforgettable journeys, crafting unique travel experiences for both business and leisure clients across a variety of global destinations. Key Responsibilities
- Craft bespoke itineraries that cater to each client’s unique preferences and needs.
- Stay abreast of the latest travel trends and restrictions.
- Engage in continuous learning to maintain necessary travel booking certifications.
- Attend webinars and training sessions to gain in-depth knowledge about various destinations.
- Consider budget constraints while planning trips for clients.
- Create engaging promotional materials as required.
- Coordinate bookings for flights, car rentals, hotels, cruises, events, and more.
- Maintain open lines of communication with clients, providing support before, during, and after their travels.
- Resolve any challenges that may arise during the booking process or while clients are on their journey.
- Network with tour operators to discover potential packages for clients.
- This role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with a focus on client interaction (sales background is a plus).
- Access to a smartphone with internet connectivity; owning a laptop is beneficial but not compulsory.
- Personal travel experience is highly desirable, but not a prerequisite.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory.
