Job Description
Soliant has formed a significant partnership with a respected school district in Florida, and we are actively seeking a highly motivated and exceptionally skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). This remote SLP position entails providing virtual speech therapy and language services to students in grades K-12, making a profound impact on their educational journey.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough virtual assessments and evaluations for students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement highly personalized treatment plans and goals for each student, tailored to their unique needs and abilities.
- Deliver virtual speech therapy sessions regularly, utilizing a wide range of technology platforms.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and fellow professionals to ensure prehensive support for students and maintain consistent progress.
- Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of each student's progress, while maintaining open lines of munication with the entire team.

Requirements:
- Possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Hold an active state licensure as an SLP in Florida
- Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively as an integral part of a team.
- Ability to work as an independent contractor (1099).
