Driven Sales Agents Needed - Work from Home/Remote
At the Pearson Agency, we are focused on protecting families with Life Insurance, mortgage protection coverage, annuities, retirement solutions, college saving strategies, final expense, and debt-free life (debt elimination) programs. This is a unique business opportunity to truly control your time, and maintain that work-life balance while establishing a financial legacy for your family.

The agent will then call, qualify, and set up the appointments to meet with them over the phone or through zoom and help them apply for the insurance policy. This is a 100% commission only.
Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate is self-motivated and can Work from their home either, part-time or full-time, to protect families that have requested coverage information. The Pearson Agency is looking for a business partner who is committed to helping families achieve their goals. We are specifically looking for people who:

Compensation
We provide training, support, and mentorship. Warm leads are available, no cold calls. Online training, events, and one-on-one mentorship is available. No experience is necessary. The average commission is around $450-$600 per application. Full-time underwriters write about 5 or more applications per week.
Part-Time agents make approximately $30,000-$60,000+ in the first year. *
Full-Time agents make approximately $80,000-$190,000+ in the first year. *
Agency owners (who have been working for a few years), who are consistently promoted every 2 to 3 months, generate a passive income of $200,000-$500,000+ a year. *
