We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. Duties:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to answer inquiries and provide information
- Assist customers with product or service-related issues, resolving problems in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze customer inquiries and determine the appropriate course of action
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Provide support to other departments as necessary
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to work well in a Work from Home environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of phone etiquette
