- You will serve as a no-clinical consultant on a wide variety of WFL issues and concerns.
- You will Interview, assesses clients’ needs and concerns in areas that may include but not limited to deployment, relocation, family members, life skills, personal financial management, transition assistance, and emergency preparedness/response.
- You will establish, develop, implement, monitor and coordinate programs and activities in accordance with CNIC Fleet and Family Support Program Certification Standards.
- You will gathers data, compiles statistics, and reports information to WFL Supervisor or FFSC Site Manager for use as installation, regional and DOD levels.
- You will develop a plan to recognize personal and vocational needs to assist clients in outlining milestones to achieve their goals.

Education
Applicants must meet the Basic Requirements following positive education qualifications requirements of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualifications Standards Manual: Applicants must possess:
Behavioral or Social Science degree; or related disciplines appropriate to the position.
OR
Combination of education and experience that provided the applicant with knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field.
OR
Four years of appropriate experience that demonstrated that the applicant has acquired knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field.
The following education may be substituted for specialized experience:
Have successfully completed a master's or equivalent graduate degree.
OR
Have successfully completed two full years of progressively higher graduate level education leading to a master's degree.
OR
Have a combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience. My percentage of the required education plus my percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent
