Wooddale Intern

Want to gain hands-on ministry experience and become equipped for ministry leadership? Wooddale Church is a multi-site, evangelical church in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul. As an Intern at Wooddale Church, you’ll gain this and so much more as you learn the spiritual, leadership, and ministry dynamics of a multi-site church. Our internships are designed to build and grow an individual in their ministry experience, personal development, and spiritual formation. The experiences and learning of this position will expose the intern to ministry in a multi-site church and equip them for a future in ministry leadership. Upon completion, interns will have a firm foundation of what it means to lead a healthy and effective ministry out of the abundance of God.

What We Expect From You:

● A 20-25-hour/week commitment (preferably for 1 year or summer). Weekend and evening hours may be included.
● Contribute to ministry development and event implementation
● Attend and engage in internship program learning and events
● Participate in staff functions and meetings
● Meet with ministry leader and internship director regularly for development
● Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

● Passionate, committed learner who wants to help spread the Gospel and make disciples
● Team player with the ability to work collaboratively
● Self-starter eager to take on independent responsibilities
● Recent college graduate or currently pursuing undergraduate, graduate or seminary degree
● Subscribe to and affirm the Statement of Faith of Wooddale Church
● Be a regular participant in public worship at Wooddale Church

We are looking for interns in the following areas of ministry for the Fall 2023 (ends in May or August 2024):
Next Gen: Children's Ministry, Junior High, Senior High
Communications: Graphic Design
Discipleship: Discipleship, Women's Ministry
Multi-Site: Campus Pastor (Edina), Worship Arts (Minneapolis)
Outreach: Family Resource Initiative
Weekend Experience: Connections, Production, Worship Arts
Worldwide Missions
