Wood Worker

Wood Worker - Ever dreamt about building something beautiful out of wood for a living? Want a job where you leave with a sense of accomplishment after a days of hard work? Timber and Hutch is working to hire a Wood Worker for our shop in Centerton, AR. This position would spend most of their time building beautiful doors and vanities out of locally sourced hardwoods.

Responsibilities:

• Building solid hardwood doors and vanities
• Maintaining a clean work environment and exceeding quality standards
• Meeting time quotas per piece
• Interact professionally with customers, during door installations

Ideal Candidate:

• Takes pride in their work and has strong integrity
• Understands the importance of workplace safety
• Ability to lift large items safely
• Can take and apply feedback and direction
• Is enjoyable to work with and has a positive outlook when faced with challenges.

Door building experience is not required, we love training eager candidates, but the basic understanding and knowledge of woodworking equipment is a plus.
