Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through effective product knowledge and sales techniques
- Assist in ensuring merchandise is properly displayed
- Train and mentor Sales Associates to enhance their product knowledge and customer service skills
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in vintage retail sales is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proficient in retail math for cash handling and inventory management
- Familiarity with operating a cash register and handling financial transactions accurately
- Experience in visual merchandising
