Responsibilities:

• Maintain organized stock levels and assist in regular inventory counts.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless flow of merchandise.

Visual Merchandising:

• Create eye-catching displays that reflect the brand's style and captivate our customers.
• Implement merchandising strategies to enhance the shopping experience.

Order Fulfillment:

• Process and ship customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor order status and resolve any issues with enthusiasm and efficiency.

Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional customer service both in-store and online.
• Assist customers in finding the perfect products and offer personalized recommendations.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns with a positive attitude.

Tech Savvy:

• Embrace technology to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience.
• Utilize POS systems, inventory management tools, and other digital platforms effectively (will train for this accordingly)
