Summary: Shift is 5p-12a M-F and weekends -days off vary based on the needs of the company.

Evening Shelter Staff manages general operations and safety of the residents within the shelter. This position oversees the individuals residing in the home and orients new residents when they arrive. Also involves interacting with volunteers who may come to serve dinner or conduct workshops and presentations with the residents. Ability to communicate effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds and who may suffer from chronic physical or mental health conditions.

Requires ability to maintain composure and take charge when situations may arise between residents or when a resident is not following rules and procedures.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
