WIT Services is seeking someone who has experience managing and running the operations for its Atlanta office.  In this role, you will create systems for the company to follow. Ultimately, your role will help the company run more efficiently with reliability. 

WIT Services stands for Whatever It Takes. The company does mold remediation, water damage restoration, and other services needed by clients. After experiencing exponential growth, the company is in need of an Operations Manager to perform a large number of tasks, manage several projects and create system operation procedures for the company. 

As an Operations Manager, your brain thinks in terms of systems. You love to create a process and train others to follow it. You gain an immense sense of satisfaction when a company is running smoothly with excellent communication and task/project management.

Responsibilities (tasks associated with the role)

Operations

• Create SOPs for continuous improvement
• Create a system for tracking KPIs
• Manage and create tracking system for Certificate of Insurance for each project
• Project manage client work from an administrative perspective

Office Administration

• Answer phone calls
• Provide customer service as needed
• Book travel as needed

Financial

• Accounts receivable
• Accounts payable
• Run payroll
• Manage the reporting process for P&L and other financial numbers

Requirements (expected proficiencies to excel in this role)

This position is for a person who is/has:

• Experience working as an Operations Manager
• Experience working in a service provider office environment
• Obsessed with the latest social media trends
• Independent drive and ability to work autonomously
• Able to keep a variety of tasks and projects organized and prioritized
• Hardworking
• Detail oriented
• Positive attitude
• Access to a computer and dedicated workspace
• Reliable internet connection
