Winter Sub Varsity Athletic Coaches [Needham High School] (Sy23-24)

Job Description:
Needham High School (MA) is seeking Sub Varsity coaches for the following programs for the 2023-24 Academic Year; Wrestling, Indoor Track, & Boys Swim. High School coaching experience is preferred, but not required.
Winter Season starts November 27th and ends around Presidents Day.

• Must be CPR certified and attend a preseason coaches' meeting in mid-August (Fall Season), mid-October (Winter Season), mid-February (Spring Season).
• Communicate effectively with school admin, faculty, parents, and student-athletes
• Supervise student-athletes at all team events and promote a positive learning environment for all team members
• Must have a flexible schedule for home games and buses for away games
• Assist Head Coach with collection of uniforms
• Communicate with athletic trainer concerning injuries and student playing status

Qualifications Preferred:

• High School Coaching Experience

Compensation: Two stipends is paid; halfway through the athletic season and at the end of the athletic season.
