Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership role in the restaurant industry
- Strong knowledge of WINE and service Standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and vendors
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficient in inventory control and cost management techniques
