Field Service Technician Windows & Doors

This position will focus on servicing, repairing, and other tasks related to Windows USA's residential replacement windows and sliding patio doors. The successful candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and possesses a high sense of urgency. The Service Technician is responsible for providing quality service visits for homeowners to inspect, repair and/or adjust windows and doors in the field.

Qualifications

• Competent with basic tools, window installation experience, and attention to detail is required

• Our Repair Technicians must demonstrate our commitment to customer service and homeowner satisfaction

• Ability to independently problem solve and make recommendations for resolutions

• Own a truck and trailer

• A history of excellent customer service skills, demonstrating listening skills and effective communication

Responsibilities

• The Service Technician will diagnose product issues in the field, determine and perform the correct resolution, and communicate accordingly with customers and internal service team

• This position is responsible for ensuring all service calls are completed in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner while maintaining a customer-focused attitude
