Field Service Technician Windows & Doors

This position will focus on servicing, repairing, and other tasks related to Windows USA's residential replacement windows and sliding patio doors. The successful candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and possesses a high sense of urgency. The Service Technician is responsible for providing quality service visits for homeowners to inspect, repair and/or adjust windows and doors in the field.

Qualifications

Competent with basic tools, window installation experience, and attention to detail is required

Our Repair Technicians must demonstrate our commitment to customer service and homeowner satisfaction.

Ability to independently problem solve and make recommendations for resolutions.

Own a truck and trailer.

A history of excellent customer service skills, demonstrating listening skills and effective communication

Responsibilities

The Service Technician will diagnose product issues in the field, determine and perform the correct resolution, and communicate accordingly with customers and internal service team

This position is responsible for ensuring all service calls are completed in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner while maintaining a customer-focused attitude
