This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $25/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Professional Window Cleaning for High Rise Buildings
Clean Windows on Buildings 6 Stories High
Operate a Portable Swing Stage with Motors
Requirements:
Previous Experience Building Scaffolding or Roofing Encouraged to Apply
Must have Reliable Transportation
Previous Experience with Lift and Swing Stage
Must be able to Lift up to 75lbs.
Must be able to Maneuver and Operate 70 ft. Poles for Window Cleaning Tasks
Must be Comfortable Working from a Suspended Chair on the Side of High Rise Buildings
Solid Core and Back Strength are Essential to Ensure Safety and Efficiency
Must Wear Proper PPE Including a Harness
Must Wear Professional Clean Attire - Blue Jeans with no Holes, Sturdy Work Boots, Layered Clothing to Adapt to Varying Weather Conditions
OSHA 10 - Can be Provided by TI to Candidates that have not yet Acquired the Certification
