Responsibilities:
What your job duties will entail:
  • You will build strong relationships with internal and external customers to create "Customers for Life”
  • You will be responsible for the day to day operations of a Wildlife Service Route, using excellent time management skills:
    • You will perform exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations
    • You will set up and build exclusion traps, cut flashing and form hardware cloth to specifications
    • You will work in a safety harness from roof tops as needed in the performance of exclusion services and wildlife removal
    • You will maintain knowledge of federal, state and local regulations regarding exclusion and removal work
    • You will perform basic repair work on areas that animals have damaged using hand tools, power tools, sheet metal, and screening
    • You will follow a service schedule within an assigned territory ensuring safe and timely arrival at each customer’s location
    • You will educate and sell customers on wildlife services and reach or exceed monthly sales goals assigned by manager
    • You will partner with internal groups such as customer service, sales, fellow service professionals, and management to ensure extraordinary customer service
  • You will keep a Safety-First mindset, including when operating company equipment and company vehicle

Qualifications:

What you need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • No Experience Required!
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
  • Able to lift and move ladders larger than 32 foot, and climb 60 feet
  • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
  • Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
