Wildland Firefighter

Firebreak Protection Systems is seeking experienced Wildland Firefighters to join our team. We are seeking retired or wildland certified firefighters who are looking for “standby employment.” If hired, your duties would be to respond to wildland fires and provide structure protection. Our mission is to dispatch wildfire mitigation specialists to threatened areas. We follow mandated protocol by checking in to incident command upon arrival at a wildfire incident. Upon arrival you will initially visit the properties most ‘at risk’ and work your way out accordingly. Actions taken can range from performing property ‘hot laps’, to assessing the property at risk, to the spraying of water, fire retardant or fire- fighting foam.
Firebreak is here to be a loss mitigation service designed to pre-empt damage well before a wildfire even ignites. Our goal is to be in front of wildfire, preventing loss of a home or possible property damage. We hope to have you part of our team!!
