We are looking for a Kronos Analyst who is comfortable and capable of working independently in our busy Corporate HR office to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

Coordination Responsibilities:

• Process updates to Business Structure and applicable CRTs to ensure accurate flow of information into Workforce Dimensions
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of all HR data
• Work collaboratively with Payroll and HR teams to ensure accuracy of data and processes
• Work with HR team as needed to train new team members and assist in ongoing education
• Escalate issues to other team members and/or the manager when needed
• Create and maintain admin and end user instructional materials

Technical/ Analysis Responsibilities:

• Serve as point of contact to manage and resolve issues in Dimensions
• Troubleshoot and enter tickets for any technical issues
• Assist in review, testing and implementation of system upgrades or patches. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix.  Maintain Business Structure and cross reference tables.  Document process and results
• Provide support for system, including researching and resolving problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
• Experience implementing and supporting Kronos Accruals & Absence Management modules preferred
• Knowledge of Advanced Scheduler, Forecaster, Mobile and Analytics modules preferred
• Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools
• Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing needs
• Maintain awareness of current trends with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support and application of key technologies
• Work with Oracle HCM Analyst to understand how two systems work together

Qualifications

• College degree with HR or related field preferred
• 2+ years of technical experience/ knowledge of HRIS applications
• Previous Kronos Workforce Dimensions experience preferred
• Experience working with confidential and sensitive HR/ Payroll information
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proactive approach to issue resolution and process improvement
• Sense of urgency in order to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to meet strict deadlines
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
