A cornerstone of the WIC Program is to ensure that its participants can readily obtain nutritious foods to support healthy growth and development.
Position Overview
As the WIC Shopping Experience Expert and Nutritionist, you will be a senior nutrition and health services consultant designated by the Appointing Authority. Your primary responsibility is to apply nutrition expertise to ensure approved WIC foods meet program requirements and participant needs. You'll play a crucial role in improving the WIC Shopping Experience, reducing participant barriers, and engaging partners in continuous quality improvement.
