As a Manager, you’ll be a key part of what makes our culture special. 80% of your time will be spent managing shifts and leading your team from the front. - Lead and inspire shifts of 7-20 team members, supervisors, and trainers
- Partner with our leaders to spot rising stars, and help your team shine
- Drive recruiting to ensure your store is fully staffed with great people
- Turn customer concerns into exceptional service opportunities
- Help run a multi-million dollar business
- Keep our restaurant looking its best, inside and out
- Be a culture-driver, and help make MWB an amazing place to work
