Responsibilities:
Represent the Wesley brand through phone calls, face-to-face meetings, and digital sales opportunities.
Advertise and communicate Wesley’s services to potential clients, exhibiting industry knowledge through excellent customer service.
Work alongside team members to complete MORTGAGE LOAN applications and streamline all processes for borrower pre-approvals.
Create a high level of customer service, defining the Wesley brand and exemplify why Wesley Mortgage is the lender of choice in our community.
Maintain organization of client data in our CRM System and Loan Origination Software.
Sustain a high level of efficiency to preserve a beneficial timetable for clients.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards; complete other duties as assigned.
Other duties and tasks as they arise and are assigned.
