Wendy's Manager Requirements:

Supported by your GM and management team, you will be given the opportunity to train and supervise Crew members monitor and reinforce food safety standards and procedures interact with our customers and execute cost control systems. Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED (some college a plus)
• One or more years' QSR Management experience
• Open / flexible work availability
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills

Physical Elements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting (25 - 50 pounds)

Equipment Use

• Ability to use Headset to take customer orders or to take or give direction
• Ability to use general restaurant equipment (e.g. warmer, fryer, slicer, grill, etc.)

• Oversee and enforce proper standards and procedures.

• Inventory counting and recording.
• Cash Management.
• Create schedules for their stores.
• Opening, closing, and additional daily administrative duties.
• Ensure proper food handing and preparation.

What you bring to the table:

• Wendy's experience preferred :)
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience leading people, even better if you did it in a foodservice environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
• Desire to learn and willingness to accept feedback from upper management.
• Must have a great personality, a desire to serve guests, and enjoy working as part of a team, and be upbeat and engaging.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety procedure and standards.
• High school diploma or GED. (Some college experience or military background? Tell us that, too!).
• Must have flexible work availability.

You’re willing and able to:

• Stand for long periods, bend and kneel and be able to life 25 to 50 pounds.
• Wear a headset and understand restaurant equipment from a grill to registers and computers.
