JOB SUMMARY:
- Operation input during the commissioning and hand over from construction to the D&C Operations Team
- Onboarding of the 3rd party G&I service provider
- Setting Santos Expectations of operational excellence
- Ensure compliance to State of Alaska and EPA to maintain our UIC
- Participate and Lead G&I Simops input on the NDB pad
- Develop transition plan for onsite disposal of Santos generated wastes
LOCATION: North Slope, AK
SCHEDULE: 2 weeks on/off rotational
ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
K3 Pad Mud Plant Supervision
- Provide Santos Leadership for the safe start up of the SLB-MI mud plant on K3 pad
- Integrate with Operations team for overall Fluid Movement
K3 Pad Control of Work
- Be accountable for the control of work activities on the K3 Pad and report into NDB Simops
- Manage Real-estate for both the Completion and Drilling teams on pad
- Work with material management for onsite coordination of materials
Santos Tool Services
- Develop and implement Tool Services for Santos D&C team
- Ensure Santos Assets are in our formal Santos Material Management system and coordinate required PM's & inspections
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated operational / safety leadership
- Commissioning and start up experience
- G&I Experience
- Material management
- Asset Management
- Fluid Management
- Integrated Team Player
- Ability to work a Rotational Schedule
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Drilling and Completion experience for growth potential
- Well Control certified (current or previous)
- Maximo or SAP asset management, or equivalent
