Job Description
Be Well Holistic Care is looking for a new Wellness Guide/Spa Front Desk Agent.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is in studying to become a practitioner in a wellness center setting, for example a massage therapy or esthetician student and wants to be part of a team while still in school. The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Cheerful willingness to provide exceptional customer service
- Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Shifts are 9:30 am to 2:30 pm and 2:30 pm to 7:30 pm on weekdays, 9:30 am to 4:30 pm Saturdays and 9:30 am to 2:30 pm Sundays.
- A desire to thrive in a wellness team-based environment
You will be performing the following tasks:
- Answering phones
- Greeting Clients
- Scheduling Appointments
- Selling packages & memberships
- Client follow-up calls & emails
- Inventory and ordering supplies
- Posting on Social Media
- Tidying up treatment rooms & lobby

Job Type: Part-time approx. 15-20 hours a week
