New Hot and Cold Therapy club in Marblehead! Become part of a rapidly expanding team focused on the therapeutic effects of Sauna, Steam and Cold Plunge! The club will offer several different services, both indoor and outdoors.
The right candidate will have great customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, and a passion for the hot and cold vibe!

Roles and Responsibilities
● Manage reservations
● Customer relations
● Give tours of facility
● Cleaning and organizing
● Update and monitor social media platforms
● Process payments
● All other related duties as required
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
● Ability to work well under pressure
● Passion for hot and cold therapy
● 1+ year working in a gym, fitness, or spa facility
● 2+ years in a customer service or related role interacting with customers and clients
● Preference giving to candidates with degrees or certificates in Physical Therapy, Sports
Management, Physical Education, Exercise Therapy, or related field
Associates will receive a free membership to the club, and be eligible for referral bonuses.
Opportunities for advancement: As the club expands, ownership will be seeking managers and other corporate staff.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
