Skills Required:
- Two years of experience in a Med Spa or aesthetics
- Extremely efficient, organized, and resourceful
- Must be flexible and able to function well in a fast-paced environment
- Great interpersonal skills to deal with many personalities
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to pivot and solve problems/challenges throughout the day
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail with appropriate follow-through
- Pick up software quickly and proficiently
- Excellent customer service skills, excellent attention to detail
- Must have a presentable and professional appearance
- Must have strong attendance and should be reliable
Duties/ Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
- Schedule appointments for new and existing patients
- Answer office phones professionally
- Handle and track patient payments
- Monitor and maximize the schedules for all providers
Housekeeping:
- Responsible for open and closing procedures
- Perform housekeeping duties keeping the Front Desk/lobby area stocked and neat
Sales:
- Be familiar with all retail products to provide current and detailed information about all services, operating information, and current promotions
Pay: $16-$18 an hour plus commissions.
