Role Overview:
We are seeking a warm, welcoming, and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate will create a positive atmosphere, ensuring every patient’s experience is exceptional from the moment they step through our doors. The Receptionist will play a crucial role in maintaining organization, timeliness, and outstanding customer service while promoting our services and products.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable
- Manage appointments and inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Familiarize yourself with all services and products offered
- Provide information about services, products, and membership
- Upsell services and products
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle patient feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a Med spa or Wellness environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Warm, welcoming demeanor with a positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Sales experience and ability to upsell products and services
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling software)
- Knowledge of wellness and aesthetic services is a plus
- Professional appearance and demeanor
