Position: Seasonal Part-Time Wellness Center Receptionist
Location: Mountain View Country Club
Responsibilities:
- Answering and returning phone calls promptly
- Restocking Wellness Center supplies
- Maintaining a clean fitness and spa environment
- Provide assistance to members for booking services
- Handling laundry tasks
- Performing transactions with a focus on excellent service
- Handling member service issues in a professional manner
- Report any concerns and comments to Wellness Director
Experience/Requirements:
- Available weekends
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
