Welder/Fabricator

Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and weld metal components according to blueprints and specifications
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment
- Perform basic math calculations to measure and cut materials accurately
- Use calipers and other measuring tools to ensure precise dimensions
- Operate forklift to move heavy materials
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a fabricator/welder or similar role
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods

Ryco Customs, Inc. is seeking full time welders and general laborers.

Ryco provides:

-Hourly pay from $19-$25 per hour

-Insurance allowance of $350 per month after 4 months

Job Description:

Job and/or jobs including misc aluminum welding, material handling, parts assembly, loading of trucks, and numerous other jobs. If interested in welding position some experience is preferred although RYCO is willing to train individuals that are willing to learn new jobs RYCO provides a clean newer manufacturing facility, great work conditions, and friendly atmosphere. Most of the work (95%) is performed inside a climate-controlled building year round. Seasonal work on the local lake of installing dock and boat lifts takes place for about 3 weeks in Mid-April to Mid May. Fall seasonal work takes place outdoors for about 3 weeks in September and October. Morale is important at RYCO so employees are never sent out in cold/rainy conditions to perform tasks on the local lake.. We have plenty of jobs to be completed indoors when outdoor conditions are not favorable. Please look at our google reviews page for photos of products and services that we provide.

Pay: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
