Essential Functions and Requirements:
Safety Priority: Work safely and adhere to all company policies.
Metalwork Mastery: Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products.
Equipment Expertise: Install and repair various equipment and components.
Organizational Skills: Maintain shop organization.
Tool Proficiency: Be comfortable with power tools (pneumatic, electric).
Quality Assurance: Conduct quality inspections on completed parts.
Equipment Proficiency: Be familiar with Forklifts and Crane operations.
Self-Starter: Able to work independently with limited guidance when necessary.
Blueprint Adherence: Follow blueprints to meet product specifications.
Team Player: Collaborate effectively within a team and follow directions.
Adaptability: Perform other related duties as required.
Skills & Background:
Relevant Experience: Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or related fields.
Welding Expertise: Proficient in welding tools and procedures.
Blueprint Literacy: Experience with engineering blueprints and schematics.
Physical Stamina: Ability to handle a physical workload.
