Position Summary
Lincoln Electric Products Co Inc. is seeking a welder to join its dynamic team. This role is available immediately and provides a great growth opportunity for the right candidate. It is a full-time, non-exempt position, and the candidate will be reporting directly to the shop supervisor.

Training will be conducted for the hired employees for the first few weeks.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operated MIG / TIG welding equipment.
- Weld steel, stainless steel, and aluminum in various shapes and sizes.
- Familiarity with using a variety of small powered and non-powered hand tools.
- Working with a team of welders/fabricators / powder coaters/assemblers.
- Building the equipment with reliability and speed under tight deadlines.
- Maintaining records, work status, and supply inventory.
- Interfacing with quality, supply chain, engineering, and assembly departments.
- Participating in continuous individual and team-based improvement activities.
- Flexibility to perform work in other areas as required.
- Cross-train within the department on other various operations as required.
- Keep the work area, tools, and equipment in a neat and orderly manner.
Requirements
- 3+ Years of Experience welding fabricated metal parts (Steel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum) with tight tolerances.
- Ability to read blueprints, bills of material (BOMs), schematics, diagrams, and technical orders to determine the best methods and sequences of product assembly.
- Troubleshoot parts, subassemblies, and assemblies.
- Ability to work in a team and/or independently as needed.
- Experience with working with hand tools and measuring devices.
- Must be an energetic, self-starter, very dependable
- Requires the working knowledge of and use of hand tools, power tools, and electronic equipment.
- Work environment is loud (hearing protection is required).
- Work on your feet for most of the work shift.
- Ability to lift 70+ lbs.
Education:
- High School Diploma Required.
- Trade School Graduate is a plus.
- Fork Truck certification a plus.
- Crane operation certification a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
