As the temporary Willow South Barrington Commons Part time Host you would serve as the welcoming face to greet anyone who enters the building through our public entrance, the F entrance doors. You will serve as the first interaction with our guests and provide a warm welcome, answer questions and focus on providing a great guest experience for all of those who enter our facility. You will also provide consistent eyes & ears to identify any potential issues and contact appropriate support teams as needed.

This position is temporary, up to 3 months, and Part time (+/-15 hours per week). Limited benefits such as reimbursement for counseling fees and paid time off accrual is available.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide staff coverage at the F Entrance Desk throughout open building hours in order to provide consistent care to those entering our campus.
- Greet guests, answer questions, trouble-shoot for questions or situations that require additional support and then engage the correct teams to solve those problems (Security, Operations, Facility Management, etc).
- Serve as the eyes and ears on those entering our campus on weekdays.
- Provide email & phone customer service for Willow Commons including following up on inquiries about upcoming events, directing inquiries about rentals to the right campus and other customer service needs as they arise while maintaining the priority of welcoming guests coming into the building.
- View and check real-time camera footage of the building to run visual checks from the desk on what is happening around the building and if any intervention is needed.

- Identifying any potential risks to the campus/staff/congregation through visual observations and relational interactions at the entrance and on cameras with those entering our campus & calling for the right supports as needed
