Right at Home is seeking dependable, compassionate Home Health Aidesin Waterloo to provide companion and personal cares to our clients in Cedar Falls and surrounding areas. Companion care includes light housekeeping, laundry assistance, transportation, medication reminders, meal preparation and participating in activities the client enjoys like puzzles or games. Clients may also need assisted walking, transfers, and exercises. Personal care includes help with bathing, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene. There is no level of experience or training required as we provide a training and mentoring program to help you be successful. We are looking for a part-time or a full-time Home Health Aide with the availability to start working at 7 am.

- Provide light housekeeping, do laundry, make meals.
- Transport clients to appointments or the store.
- Assist with personal cares like transfers, toileting, showers, hygiene.

- Report changes in condition or concerns around the well-being of the client.
- Delegated nursing tasks like catheter care, medication administration, etc with training by RN.
- Follow agency policies, procedures, and protocols
- Valid Drivers License
- Must have own vehicle with proof of adequate car insurance and the ability to travel within our service area which is a 45-minute radius of Waterloo/Cedar Falls.
- Be able to safely operate a vehicle in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Pass Background Check
- Ability to be reliable and dependable.

- Read, write, speak, and understand English with or without reasonable accommodations as needed for the job.
- Must have a current and valid drivers license and be able to safely operate a vehicle in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations with or without reasonable accommodations.
