Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the operations of the weekend shift
- Supervise and provide guidance to a team of employees
- Ensure smooth and efficient workflow during the weekend
- Assist with scheduling and assigning tasks to staff members
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to achieve department goals
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage the weekend shift
- Previous experience as a supervisor preferred
- Excellent communication skills to interact with employees and customers
- Culinary knowledge and background
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
