WEEKEND SHIFT - Early Morning Brew Crew

Overview

• WEEKEND SHIFT- Saturday and/or Sunday (can discuss more days if needed)
• Early morning shift 7 am to 12pm
• Pay $15 to $16 an hour (depending on experience) , plus great tips!
• Expected 10-20 hours a week
• Experience in coffee shop preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system
• Prepare food items according to company standards and recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
• Assist with general cleaning and keeping the dining area clean and organized
• Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food products
• Follow all safety and security procedures
• Duties, responsibilities, and requirements may be adjusted based on business needs

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
