Weekend Shift - Cannabis Propagation

Prima Clones, the original licensed Michigan genetics company, is looking for a new team member for our Weekend Shift. The shift includes Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon/Tues and the hours are 7AM - 4PM. There will be occasions where we must work earlier or later to meet deadlines. This position has a great deal of room for growth, and reliability and attention to detail are the fundamental characteristics of the ideal applicant.

We are the premier licensed clone supplier in Michigan, with hundreds of cultivars, tissue culture, breeding, and large phenohunts. You will get to see large variety of cannabis and positively impact the entire cannabis industry. We breed, select, and sell the best cannabis cultivars.

This position will require knowledge of propagation in rockwool, proper dry backs, proper cross contamination practices, and a great attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Propigation Room
• Defoliate, transplant, water, and check plants
• Clean, sterilize, and maintain the facility
• Report any and all issues to Operations Manager
• Sincere dedication to producing the best clones for our clients
• Clone sorting, grading, and order prepping
• Clean, sanitize, and organize workspaces

This is a physical position, you must be in fair physical shape to accomplish your tasks. There is a lot of bending and lifting.

There is a 60 day probationary period. If you are reliable and do good work, there is plenty of room for advancement. This is an opportunity to impact the genetics that much of the state of Michigan (and beyond) grows.
