Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) Supervisor
Are you a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for making a positive impact in the healthcare industry? Nsight Health, a leading remote patient monitoring company, is seeking a dynamic RPM Supervisor to join our growing team.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
● Serve as the primary contact for any RPM-related questions or concerns from the team
● Serve as a liaison between RPM staff members and the RPM Manager
● Provide timely and accurate information, guidance, and support to address queries
effectively
● Create and distribute RPM nurse schedules, daily assignments, and performance
metrics
● Ensure records are up-to-date and accessible for reference and analysis
● Develop and manage the RPM weekly nurse schedule
● Optimize workload distribution and accommodate staff availability and needs
● Address scheduling conflicts promptly and effectively
● Generate and distribute daily RPM assignments to the nursing team
● Communicate any updates or changes on RPM assignments promptly to ensure clarity
and alignment
● Implement a real-time tracking system for monitoring RPM team performance metrics
● Regularly update the team on key performance indicators, achievements, and areas for
improvement
● Collaborate with the RPM Manager to strategize performance enhancements
● Ensure strict adherence to organizational policies and procedures related to RPM
● Enforce compliance standards within the RPM team
● Foster effective communication and collaboration between RPM team members
● Identify training needs within the RPM team
● Collaborate with the RPM Manager and other resources to address knowledge or
performance gaps
● Facilitate training sessions post-initial training to enhance team skills and efficiency
● Train healthcare professionals on the use of remote monitoring devices, software, and
platforms
● Ensure understanding of data collection, transmission, and interpretation
● Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
● Maintain the Nsight culture of positivity.
● Other projects/duties as assigned.
Requirements:
● Active LVN/LPN or MA license
● 1 to 2 years of experience in remote patient monitoring (RPM), chronic care
management (CCM), or virtual health
● Passionate about patient care, possessing the ability to relate with empathy and
compassion. A passion for patient teaching is a must.
● Quiet, HIPAA-Safe space to do your work.
● Your own computer with a reliable, fast internet connection. A speed test is required
during the interview.

Hourly Pay:
LVN/LPN/MA: $26-29/hour
Supplemental pay types: bonus pay
