Weekend- Part- Time Hotel Maintenance

Staybridge Suites Hotel DTC is looking for a Hotel Maintenance Tech ( PART-TIME)

• Must have Hotel maintenance Experience
• Bilingual is a +
• Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance
• Customer service skills

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues
- Repair or replace defective equipment parts
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete maintenance projects

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and industrial maintenance practices
- Proficient in English for effective communication and documentation
- Installs, tests, visually inspects, cleans out and repairs pipes, plumbing systems and other related equipment
- Familiarity with HVAC/R systems and their components
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and logic controllers
- Maintains logs, records, and other documentation pertinent to the support of the engineering programs

• Performs ground maintenance including general cleanup, landscaping, mowing and trimming
• Maintains effective Energy Management and Preventive Maintenance programs in accordance with brand standards. Operates with safe and efficient use of equipment and energy in the hotel
• Informs the Chief Engineer, General Manager on a regular basis, regarding the specific and overall condition of the building structure(s). Accesses and inputs information into Quore and generates required reports

The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. With your expertise in HVAC, industrial maintenance, electrical systems, and more, you will contribute to the overall efficiency and functionality of our equipment. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively will be essential in maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
