Job Description
We are a family-owned and operated company and began serving seniors and the disabled of Monroe County in Rochester, NY in 2007. We have since opened offices in Syracuse, NY serving Onondaga County and in the Capital District of New York serving Albany, Schenectady, Saratoga and Rensselaer Counties. While being independently owned and operated, we also have the support and resources of our Touching Hearts at Home national franchise organization in Minneapolis, MN. A local, family-owned business with the national reach of the Touching Hearts franchise is a great combination to provide the highest quality of personalized care for our clients and their families.
We do not require healthcare certification. Our caregivers are NOT required to provide hands-on hygiene support (ex. No bathing or toileting), weight bearing assistance, or other medical services.

- Passion for providing quality care for the elderly in our community.
- Valid Drivers License & Insured Vehicle to use on the clients behalf and all scheduled shifts.
- Commit to working at least 15 hours a week on a consistent basis
- The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
