Home Instead® is looking for a Weekend Client Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team!
Days of work: Saturdays and Sundays

Our services include companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, laundry, errands, escorting to appointments, Alzheimer's care, hospice support and personal care.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Reflect the core values of VontSinger Senior Services (d.b.a. an independently owned and operated Home Instead franchise)
- Conduct client/Care Pro Introductions with every new client and every new Care Pro
- Provide quality assurance visits with Care Pro's and provide direction and guidance to them.
- Monitor and log both client and Care Pro activity and follow up on Care Pro assignments and client service in the operating system.
- Field new client and Care Pro inquiries over the phone in a knowledgeable manner and schedule care consultations.
- Work as a Care Pro on a shift, until coverage is found.
- Facilitate quality assurance visits with clients.
- Work with clients and their families on issues that may arise to ensure they are getting resolution as well as receiving the services needed in a timely manner.
- Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Two years experience in home care, health care or senior-related industry required, an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
- Possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance.
- Must have a functioning voicemail box that is monitored and must return messages.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must have an understanding of and uphold the policies and procedures established by VontSinger Senior Services, (d.b.a. an independently owned and operated Home Instead franchise).
- Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively.
- Must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines.
- Must demonstrate effective interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills.
- Must demonstrate discretion, integrity and fair-mindedness consistent with office standards, practices, policies and procedures.
- Must demonstrate knowledge of the senior care industry.
- Must have the ability to present a professional appearance and demeanor
- Must have the ability to operate office equipment.
- Must be patient and congenial on the telephone.
- Must have computer skills and be proficient in Excel and Word.
- Must have the ability to perform duties in a professional office setting.
- Must have the ability to work as a part of a team.
